Intensives

The intensives have been developed for those who would like to concentrate on personal development during a short period. An intensive offers you the time and space to focus on the issues that you would like to work on without the distractions of everyday life.

You can choose an intensive for various reasons. There might be an immediate cause like a burn out or a traumatic experience but there can be various other incentives. Maybe you would like to evaluate your life and determine your future goals, gain insight in yourself or in your family dynamics?

We can design an intensive around any question or issue that you would like to concentrate on. It can be a personal journey but there are possibilities for couples and families as well.

To give you an impression of the possibilities you find two detailed Intensives below:

 

Recharge Intensive (Example)

Day 1:  Arrival

Day 2:  10:00 - 10:30 intake

            10:30 - 11:30 healing

            11:30 - 13:30 rest & lunch

            Afternoon: Nothing scheduled

            Evening: 1 hour therapeutic activity*

Day 3: 10:30 - 11:30 healing

            11:30 - 13:30 rest & lunch

            Afternoon: Nothing scheduled

            Evening: massage

Day 4: 10:30 - 11:30 therapy session to evaluate your process

            11:30 - 12:00 expression (journaling or artistic expression)

            12:00 - 13:30 rest & lunch

            Afternoon: Nothing scheduled   

Evening: 1 hour therapeutic activity*

Day 5: 10:30 - 11:30 healing or therapy

            11:30 - 13:30 rest & lunch

            16:00 - 17:00 closing session

Day 6: Departure

 

Balance Intensive (Example)

Day 1:  Arrival

Day 2:  10:00 - 11:00 intake

            11:00 - 12:00 therapy session

            12:00 - 14:00 rest & lunch

             Afternoon & Evening: Nothing scheduled but two hours of therapeutic activity*

Day 3:  Morning: 30 minutes movement

10:00 - 11:00 therapy session

            11:00 - 14:00 rest & lunch

             Afternoon: movement (hiking, swimming etc.)

            Evening: 1 hour therapeutic activity* (expressive)

Day 4:  Morning: 30 minutes movement

10:00 - 11:00 healing

            11:00 - 13:30 rest & lunch

Afternoon: Nothing scheduled but two hours of therapeutic activity*

Evening: 45 minutes massage

Day 5:  Morning: 30 minutes movement

10:00 - 11:00 healing or therapy

            Afternoon: movement (hiking, swimming etc.)

            16:00 - 17:00 closing session

Day 6:  Departure
